Why should I register?

Signing up with Membership Toolkit is not the same as joining the PTSO.

 

Membership Toolkit is the service that empowers us to make purchases, complete paperwork, and coordinate our volunteer efforts —all online. The goal is to save time, and work together more smoothly!

 

Once registered, you can:

  • Join our PTSO (and pay dues) online
  • Sign-up to receive important communications
  • Complete your directory information
  • Volunteer
  • Donate
  • Purchase spirit wear
  • Access the online directory and app (for PTSO members only)
  • Access to content website pages just for our families and members

Steps to Join QMS PTSO online through Membership Toolkit:

 (If you joined online in previous years, skip to Step 3)

 

STEP 1: Create a Membership Toolkit account 

  • Go to quioccasinptso.membershiptoolkit.com/create_account . Enter your name, email address, and desired password, then click “Verify my email”
  • Check your email for the “New Account Email Verification” email from Membership Toolkit, and click the button in the email that says “Verify my email” Important: the verification link expires after 2 hours
  • Then enter your password once more and click “Create Account”
  • This will take you back to the home page and the top right corner should say “Logged in as: [YOUR NAME]”

STEP 2: Enter your Contact Information for your family

  • Go to the Membership page (quioccasinptso.membershiptoolkit.com/membership) and click the “JOIN ONLINE HERE” link, or go directly to quioccasinptso.membershiptoolkit.com/membership_step1
  • Then you’ll enter your contact information, and information for a second/parent guardian if desired
  • On the next screen,  click “Add Student” and fill in your student’s information
  • Then click “Save” and you’ll have opportunity to review your directory preferences - All the boxes with check marks will be visible in our online member directory; Uncheck any items you don’t want to be shared

STEP 3: Purchase Membership(s)

  • Go to the Membership & Donation form https://quioccasinptso.membershiptoolkit.com/form/m/239107. Select membership for 1 or 2 parent/guardians (and make an optional donation to the Griffin Fund!), and click “Add to Cart & Checkout”
  • Then use your credit or debit card to check out using our payment processor Stripe
